“I have worked with Delta since 2009 when I was helped by Marty with an ERV system. Recently I have had the pleasure of asking them twice to help out in 2026 with two ERV systems in two houses. Both cases were installations one a replacement and the other new install. ERV or energy recovery ventilation systems are still quite new for residential properties but becoming more appreciated. They take stale house air from usually toilets and cooking areas, pass it through a heat exchanger and filters before it is exhausted through a vent. In coming air passes through filters and the heat exchanger transferring energy in the form of heat or reducing humidity. The heat exchanger is the heart of the system but since the 2,000s German fan motors have made higher pressure and comtinuous use possible. It saves money and provides filtered drier air.
Delta have been working with these systems and have a reliable knowledge base. They are friendly and easy to work with. A big thank you to Ford and Kylie for all their help.”

“The recent extreme cold weather highlighted a problem with our backup heat strip. The temperature in the house was as much as nine degrees less than the set temperature. Jeffrey diagnosed the problem and determined that the zone control panel (previously replaced by another company) had not been wired correctly and was not calling for the heat strip when needed. After correcting the wiring issue, our system is running like new! Jeffery, and his helper were polite, professional and friendly.”

“My rating is 4 stars not 5 as I usually do for Delta Temp. We have a geothermal system and all of Delta Temp's technicians from Ford to Edith and now Jeffrey have always done an outstanding job of preventative maintenance and service on our system. This visit was no different. Jeffrey was on time, courteous, professional and finished the job in a timely manner. Great service as always. Reducing the stars from 5 to 4 is the result of the fuel surcharge added to my invoice. The invoice said the fuel surcharge was 1.0 units but nowhere on the invoice could I find the actual amount of the fuel surcharge. Maybe I missed it, but I don't think so. Additionally, fuel prices have been going down for the last year and are at prices equal to or lower than in 2021. I am wondering why a fuel surcharge is still applicable???”
