“I discovered a problem with my HVAC today. Delta Temp technicians Ford and Jeff came out the same day I phoned in my service request, and in no time diagnosed the problem and performed the necessary repair. The problem was that the 13 year old condensate pump decided to finally give up the ghost this morning, and not a problem with my Water Furnace, which continues to work flawlessly. Delta Temp's technicians are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and perform top quality work. I am so glad Delta Temp installed and services our HVAC.”

“The representative was pleasant, but I get a different technician every 6 months, so no consistency. Also, the past 2 technicians were not nearly as thorough as Edith, who I had a year prior and who provided pictures and detailed explanations of the maintenance services being provided. For example, Edith recommended cleaning of the blower on the subsequent visit. It would have been "nice" to have seen a before and after picture of the blower that was cleaned, for transparency.
I am also turned off by the ongoing messages on my invoice, as I know when I schedule an appt that it is taken into consideration, "our technicians will be in your area…", so why the extra travel charge ? And gas prices have gone down, so why the continued surcharge; how low do gas prices have to go for this surcharge to go away; is travel not just a cost of the business? And what is the cost of these surcharges; there is no figure provided, just 1 "unit".
