Subsequent operation has been fantastic. Prior to geothermal we had a relatively high-efficiency propane furnace. Our heating costs dropped by 70% as a result of our switch to geothermal for our 3500 sq ft home. I was expecting maybe a 40% drop. 70% (owing largely to the high cost of propane) has been most welcome. I highly recommend DeltaTemp and geothermal.
