“The recent extreme cold weather highlighted a problem with our backup heat strip. The temperature in the house was as much as nine degrees less than the set temperature. Jeffrey diagnosed the problem and determined that the zone control panel (previously replaced by another company) had not been wired correctly and was not calling for the heat strip when needed.
